Upon acceptance of the commission and receiving a deposit the portrait of your loved one will be in queue. When the ashes arrive Mr. Sawyer will take a video showing the package being opened for the first time.
You will additionally have video showing the ashes being mixed into the oil paint and video showing the portrait being painted. Unless specifically requested Mr. Sawyer will use, at his discretion, the likeness of the finished portrait and any video clips and add them to the ASHES to ART online portfolio.
Final payment is required prior to shipping the portrait. Framing is available as a separate expense.
